heabaji Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and heabaji ("heabaji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at heabaji.net. By accessing or using any part of the heabaji platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the heabaji platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. heabaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; it is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms apply to all users of the heabaji platform regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the heabaji platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using heabaji under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity in placing bets or accessing the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or director of heabaji, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the heabaji platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

heabaji takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe requested, heabaji may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To use the full range of heabaji services — including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money betting — you must register an account. You are permitted to hold only one heabaji account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested in the registration form. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 KYC Verification

heabaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. As part of this process, you may be required to submit identity documents (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet) before a withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents are handled securely and used solely for verification purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heabaji account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact heabaji support immediately via live chat. heabaji will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

heabaji supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the heabaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

heabaji currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. heabaji does not charge any fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a withdrawal request.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at heabaji is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though heabaji reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits where responsible gaming considerations make this appropriate.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• heabaji reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Funds deposited by a particular method must be withdrawn by the same method wherever technically possible.

4.5 Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the heabaji platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). heabaji does not currently support cryptocurrency transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

heabaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your heabaji account in accordance with the conditions of the relevant promotion and are not transferable.
• heabaji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• All bonuses expire if the stated wagering requirement is not met within the specified time period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at heabaji are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates for each game category are disclosed on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

heabaji runs enhanced promotional campaigns during Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. These campaigns are governed by their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the heabaji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and deception: Using stolen, falsified, or unauthorised payment credentials; providing false identity information; impersonating another person.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one heabaji account, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner not intended by heabaji, including through coordinated play or systematic wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonuses.
• Money laundering: Using the heabaji platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. heabaji takes anti-money-laundering obligations seriously and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games.
• Technical exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, automation tools, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback through your bank or mobile payment provider without first attempting to resolve the dispute through heabaji's support channel.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing heabaji staff or other players through any communication channel.

heabaji reserves the right to void bets, reverse winnings, and permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed. Decisions made by heabaji in relation to prohibited conduct are final.

7. Responsible Gaming

heabaji is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining pastime — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. heabaji strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek help if gambling begins to affect their wellbeing.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the heabaji platform — including but not limited to the heabaji brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and compilations — is the property of heabaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the heabaji platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any heabaji content without prior written permission from heabaji.

Game content provided through heabaji by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, heabaji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to heabaji in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

heabaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the heabaji platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if heabaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

heabaji does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. heabaji will make reasonable efforts to restore service following any unplanned outage but accepts no liability for losses sustained during periods of unavailability.

heabaji is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet connectivity, or device failures that affect your ability to access or use the platform. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure, heabaji will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the round fairly based on available data.

10. Amendments & Termination

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

heabaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a notice displayed prominently on the heabaji platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance before the amendment takes effect.

10.2 Account Closure by You

You may close your heabaji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any available balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Account Closure by heabaji

heabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, and to withhold associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• heabaji suspects fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• You have initiated an unjustified payment chargeback.
• Compliance with applicable law or regulatory guidance requires account closure.

Where heabaji closes an account for reasons other than a player's breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through heabaji's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the matter in the relevant jurisdiction.

10.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
